ROOF CONDITION REPORTS

Identify Deficiencies With A Roof Condition Report. A roof condition assessment has three main functions:

1. Determine if the roof system is performing per its intended function.

2. Identify signs of weakness, vulnerability, deterioration, and hazards.

3. Categorize needed repairs or
possible complete renovation.

Forensic Roof Inspection Reports

Roof assessments that are technical in nature, will need a Forensic ROOF® inspection.

This is a customized roof inspection restricted to comprehensively evaluating a select attribute of the roofing system, that may include, but is not limited to, insurance claim evaluation (such as hail damage etc), building code compliance.......
